Realequalism Returns & Quality Guarantee

At Realequalism, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are personalised and printed on demand, we do not support general returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

However, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Below you will find our policies regarding quality issues, damaged items, and shipping errors.

Quality Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the quality of your item, please contact us at office@realequalism.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and work to find a solution.

If our quality assurance team validates a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement to you as quickly as possible. If a replacement is not feasible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or contains manufacturing errors, Realequalism will cover the cost of a new order. This includes:

  • Physical damage to the delivered products.

  • Errors in the quantity of items delivered.

  • Significant lack of print quality.

Note: Please provide clear photos of the damage or defect when reaching out to help us prioritise your replacement.

Colour Consistency

Please note that printing is a chemical process. While we strive for perfection, 100% colour consistency cannot be achieved due to variations in machine settings, humidity, and garment materials. Minor colour variations are considered within acceptable industry standards and are not covered under our quality guarantee.

Lost Orders

If your package is lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will be happy to investigate and send a replacement order on your behalf.

Address & Delivery Issues (Returned to Sender)

Because our products are custom-made, we do not have a centralised return address, and returned items are often disposed of safely by the courier.

  • Wrong Address: If an insufficient or incorrect address is provided at checkout, the shipment will be returned and disposed of. You will be liable for the cost of a new order with an updated address.

  • Unclaimed/Rejected: If a shipment goes unclaimed at a local delivery office or is rejected at the door, it will be returned and disposed of. To receive the item, a new order must be placed at your expense.
