Realequalism Shipping Policy

At Realequalism, we believe in sustainable and efficient delivery. To reduce our carbon footprint and get your order to you as quickly as possible, we use a global network of local production hubs. This means your item is often printed in the country closest to you.

1. Production & Dispatch Times

Every item at Realequalism is custom-made on demand.

  • Production Time: Most orders are processed and printed within 1–3 business days.

  • Dispatch: Once your item has passed quality control, it is handed over to our local courier partners. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details as soon as it’s on the way.

2. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the specific product ordered. On average:

  • UK & Europe: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • International: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Please note: These timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers. While 90% of our orders arrive within 5 days of ordering, external factors like customs or local postal delays can occasionally extend these windows.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We offer:

  • Standard Shipping: Our most cost-effective and eco-friendly option.

  • Express Shipping: Available for select products and regions if you need your order sooner.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking link via email. You can use this to monitor your parcel’s journey in real-time. If your tracking information hasn’t updated within 48 hours of dispatch, please don't worry—some couriers only update the status once the parcel reaches a regional sorting office.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

By producing locally in over 32 countries, we aim to eliminate customs fees for the vast majority of our customers. However, if an item must be shipped across international borders, the recipient is responsible for any local import duties or taxes imposed by their country's customs department.

6. Lost in Transit

In the rare event that a package goes missing, please contact us at office@realequalism.com.

  • If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, we will investigate with the courier and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement to you at no extra cost.

7. Important Delivery Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. As our system is automated, we cannot change the address once production has started.

  • P.O. Boxes: We generally recommend using a physical street address, as some of our local couriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
