Realequalism Terms of Service

1. General Overview

This website is operated by Realequalism. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Realequalism. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Print-on-Demand Nature of Goods

All products sold by Realequalism are bespoke, personalised, and manufactured specifically for each customer at the time of order.

  • You acknowledge that because items are produced on demand, we do not hold stock.

  • Once an order enters the production stage, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

3. Accuracy of Information

We endeavour to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Furthermore, as printing is a chemical process, minor variations in colour and alignment are a standard part of the manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect.

4. Delivery and Ownership

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered passes to you when we deliver the goods to the shipping carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal strikes, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier directly.

5. Returns and Refunds

In accordance with UK and international consumer law regarding personalised and bespoke goods, we do not offer a "cooling-off period" or the right to return items for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt to office@realequalism.com.

  • Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

6. User Content and Conduct

If you provide content for customisation, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to such content. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we deem offensive, unlawful, or in violation of intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

Realequalism shall not be liable for any lost profits or any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
